- Shoulder points
These acupuncture points are found on the backside in the middle between the shoulders and foundation of the neck. Shoulder points are essential in relieving tension in the nerves. - Wrist point

- Hand valley point
This point is effective in relieving anxiety and stress problems. It is situated at the center between the index finger and thumb. Applying gentle pressure on this point is also beneficial in reducing nervousness in the muscles.
