- Tai Chong
One of the acupuncture points for stress is known as the Tai Chong. It is located on the foot width of about two fingers above a point where the skin of the big toe and next toe join. The pressure point is used to relieve anxiety, insomnia, lower back pain, high blood pressure, and stress.
- Third eyepoint
This pressure point is also known as Ying Tang. It is located at the center between your eyebrows. This acupuncture point helps to relieve anxiety and stress. One can apply pressure on this point a couple of times a day or as required so that the symptoms can go away. Acupuncture on this point is also beneficial in improving the state of wellness in the body.
- Shoulder points
These acupuncture points are found on the backside in the middle between the shoulders and foundation of the neck. Shoulder points are essential in relieving tension in the nerves. It can be used to relieve headaches, toothaches, facial pain, and neck pain. Applying moderate pressure on these points will be beneficial in reducing stress-related problems.
- Wrist point
This point helps to relieve fear, anxiety, and stress. This point is located on the fold of the wrist. Applying mild pressure on this point every day will be useful in reducing memory loss and anxiety.
- Hand valley point
This point is effective in relieving anxiety and stress problems. It is situated at the center between the index finger and thumb. Applying gentle pressure on this point is also beneficial in reducing nervousness in the muscles.
